ReplyDeleteI was shocked at how much I didn't like the Cy Twombly paintings here at the Paris gallery. I normally love Twombly, but I found nothing in the 'squiggle' art and brash colors to seduce me. But that's the great thing about art... totally subjective!
Totally! I love the colors, but I think if I saw them in real life, the dried gum would gross me out a bit. ;)
