Okay, I admit it, I was definitely the queen of extravagant stretching at work. (It's hard sitting at your desk all day!) But I never felt this liberated. Still, wouldn't it be so fun to twist and turn whenever we wanted to? In the middle of the street? Before a presentation? Napoleon Dynomite did it. :)
